Lamellar conveyors are designed for transportation in a horizontal direction or at a slight angle. They are predominantly used for the delivery of empty or full containers in food plants. They can be used separately or incorporated into production lines. The open stainless steel structure combined with plastic components is designed to comply with the conditions for easy cleaning. The conveyor is driven by a worm gear with an electric motor located on the drive shaft. Lamellar conveyors are fitted with belts, with spacing ranging between 1/2” and 3.15”, made of POM, PC or stainless steel. In order to reduce the friction coefficient, the sectional transport chain runs in the upper carrier run on plastic strips. The bases have adjustable jointed feet.
The device is made of stainless steel structure (quality according to DIN 1.4301), including the connecting material of quality A2 and plastic components. All materials used have been certified for direct contact with food.
