Roller conveyors

The roller track is designed for the final manual sorting of vegetables. The transport element consists of rolls 40 mm in diameter, rolling along plastic rails. In addition to transporting the material, they cause it to rotate, thus allowing for visual inspection of the surface. There are 8 working sites situated along the sides of the conveyor, with desks designed for plastic containers in which the rejected material is discarded. The roller track consists of a supporting frame, pulling chains with rollers and a drive. Pulling chains are made up of stainless steel roller chains with hollow pins. The track is driven by a worm gear with an electric motor located on the drive shaft with chain gears. The frame is set up on adjustable articulated feet.

The device is made of stainless steel structure (quality according to DIN 1.4301), including the connecting material of quality A2 and plastic components. All materials used have been certified for direct contact with food.
