Belt conveyors are designed for the transportation of material in horizontal or inclined directions, in food processing plants. They can be used separately or incorporated into production lines. The stainless steel structure combined with plastic components is designed to enable easy cleaning.
The conveyor is driven by a worm gear with an electric motor located on the drive shaft. Bevel gears are used for larger devices. The conveyors are fitted with an endless transport belt. The individual components of the base are screwed to the structure and can be moved forward and backward using pre-drilled holes. In inclined conveyors, the height of the base can be adjusted. The bases below the conveyors have adjustable feet or castors.
The device is made of stainless steel structure (quality according to DIN 1.4301), including the connecting material of quality A2 and plastic components. All materials used have been certified for direct contact with food.
